American Pawn is a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer, and we loan, buy, and sell a select variety of quality used firearms, including handguns, rifles, and shotguns. We deal in manufacturers such as Smith & Wesson, Colt, Glock, Kimber, Sig Sauer, Taurus, Rossi, FN, Ruger, Walther, Beretta, Remington, Winchester, Browning, Mossberg, Rock River, DPMS and H&K, just to name a few.
All firearms transactions require proper ID, and any firearm purchase or pawn redemption requires a Federal and/or State background check. In addition, handgun purchases are subject to a state mandated 3 day waiting period. Anyone wishing to purchase a handgun must be at least 21 years old, and a resident of the state of Florida.
